1. Information we collect
When you use Sampraxis, we collect the following information:
- Account information: your name, email address and phone number (optional) when you register.
- Organisation data: company name, type and address that you provide during onboarding.
- Usage data: how you interact with the app, including features used and project data you enter.
- Device information: device type, operating system and app version, for troubleshooting.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Sampraxis platform.
- To create and manage your account and organisation workspace.
- To send important service notifications, such as account verification and security alerts.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To analyse usage patterns so we can improve the product.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure and is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our security practices include:
- Row-level security policies that keep each organisation's data separate.
- Encrypted database connections.
- Regular security reviews and updates.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:
- Service providers: infrastructure partners (Supabase, Vercel) needed to run the platform.
- Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
5. AI Copilot data processing
When you use the AI Copilot, your questions and the relevant project context are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate answers. This may include:
- Your chat messages and conversation history within the Copilot session.
- Project data retrieved by the Copilot's tools — for example project names, task names, material quantities, financial summaries and vendor names — limited to your organisation.
This data is used only to answer your question and is subject to Google's API terms. Copilot usage is logged for billing and rate-limiting. No data is sent to Google unless you use the Copilot chat.
6. Your rights
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Export: download your project data, reports and records.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and its data.
- Correction: update inaccurate information in your profile.
7. Cookies
The Sampraxis app uses only the essential cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in and sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. This website (www.sampraxis.com) sets no cookies. It counts page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as the page viewed, the referring site, the country and the device type) without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app.
