From site to software
Sambireddy is a civil and structural engineer with an M.Tech in structural engineering. He has worked in the construction field since 2014, with experience in structural design, construction execution and project management consultancy (PMC). His work across these disciplines informs how Sampraxis handles drawings, measurements, site coordination and project accounts.
Sampraxis is built from that work. On many Indian sites, measurements sit in a notebook, bills in Excel, material receipts on WhatsApp and the accounts in a separate package that is updated at month end. By the time an RA bill is checked, the GST worked out and the vendor paid, it is hard to say what the site has actually cost. Sampraxis puts those records in one place so that they agree.
What Sampraxis is built on
- Whose money it is decides the books. A PMC handles the client's money as custodian; a contractor spends its own. Sampraxis records the two differently, project by project.
- Money-safety is for everyone. Approvals, the audit trail and corrections by reversal are part of the product for every firm, not an upgrade.
- Meet people where they are. A site supervisor records what happened — material received, cash spent, work done. The debits and credits are the software's job.
- Indian rules, from the start. RA bills, works-contract GST, retention, TDS and measurement-based billing are the core of the product, not an add-on.
