Questions, decisions and minutes that close
Requests for information, requests for change and technical queries are raised against drawings and tasks and answered on record; meeting minutes carry owned, dated actions; and a decision register shows what was decided and what closed it. An unaccepted change blocks the work it affects.

RFI, RFC and TQ
A query is raised against a drawing, a revision or a task, with photos where they help. Consultants respond; the
project manager accepts or escalates. The lifecycle is explicit — open, responded, accepted or closed — and an
unaccepted request for change keeps the affected task blocked, because an answer that nobody accepted is not a
decision anyone is liable for.
Meeting minutes with owned actions
- Each minute item has an owner, a role, a due date and a status.
- Actions link to the task, drawing, revision, query, change or certificate they concern.
- Closing an action records the evidence that closed it.
- Items can be marked client-visible with a client-safe summary.
The coordination hub
One screen per project for what needs a decision: open queries by discipline, drawing revisions awaiting approval,
actions past their date and decisions taken this period. It reads from the same records as the confidence layer, so
a blocker shown here is the same blocker that keeps a work package amber.
Frequently asked questions
Does an answered query unblock the task?
No. An answer is advice on record; the task is released when the response is accepted, or when a project manager records an audited override. Closing a query without acceptance does not unblock anything.
Can the client see queries and minutes?
Only what is marked client-visible, with a client-safe summary written for it. Internal discussion stays internal.
What is a decision register?
A list of the decisions taken on drawings, queries and meetings, each with who took it, when, what it affects and the evidence that closed it, so a site conversation six months later has a record to point at.
