Questions it answers
- Projects: an overview of your projects and where each one stands.
- Money: the financial summary of a project — spend, receipts and balances.
- Vendors: what a vendor or subcontractor has billed, been paid and is still owed.
- Transactions: a search across bills and payments, with totals in and out.
It looks things up instead of guessing
For every question about your data, the Copilot first runs a lookup against your records and then explains the result. Numbers are reported as Sampraxis calculated them, not recalculated by the AI. If the records do not hold the answer, it says so.
Your permissions, your projects
The Copilot checks which projects you can open before it answers, and questions about money follow the same role permissions as the rest of the app. A viewer does not get an accountant’s answers.
In development
Answers that cite the exact records behind them are in development, as is a Sampraxis connection for AI assistants such as Claude through MCP, the same protocol Sampraxis CAD uses.
