What the rules watch
- Schedule: overdue tasks, slips, exhausted float, stalled progress, milestones approaching, completion at risk.
- Cost: SPI and CPI below threshold, estimate at completion above budget, early budget burn, task and labour cost overruns, rate spikes.
- Quality: curing logs missed, slab curing reminders, drawings outdated or awaiting approval.
- Procurement: low stock and projected depletion, indents pending, purchase orders without a GRN, GRNs without a bill, material over-consumed.
- Money: vendor bills and receivables overdue, MSME 45-day payments, retention due, approval bottlenecks, negative cash flow.
The exception inbox
Each exception is identified by its rule version, reason, record and the state of its source, so the same problem is never raised twice. It moves through open, acknowledged, snoozed, resolved or superseded; warning and critical exceptions require an owner and a follow-up date; what each person has seen is tracked per user, and notifications are separate from the exception itself, so a quiet inbox means a quiet project rather than muted alerts.
Ask why
The Copilot can explain an exception from its sources — which rule, which record, as of when — and never changes anything. Autonomous agents that forecast and draft across projects are planned for after launch as a separate add-on.
