What the client dashboard shows
- Overall progress, what is active now and the construction phases with their dates.
- Photos from approved daily reports, the curing tracker and consultant approvals.
- Milestones, with delays marked, and the target completion date.
- Bills, a payment schedule with what is received and outstanding, payment commitments and receipt uploads.
- Quality: concrete tests, soil reports and inspections.
- Change orders to review and approve, messages, and defects and the defects liability period after handover.
- On PMC projects, the budget, cash flow and vendor bills, because the money is the client’s.
The Progress Confidence Report
Each report has a number, a version, an audience and a period. It states reported progress, verified progress and confidence coverage, lists the work packages that progressed and the evidence behind them, names what is stale, missing or not evaluable, and lists the decisions pending with the client or consultant. It is generated from the already-redacted client view and carries its data date, rule and profile versions and a hash, so a report can be reproduced and checked later.
Two models, two levels of visibility
Whose money it is decides the books and what the client sees. A PMC consultant handles the client’s money as custodian, so the client can see the full project accounts. A contractor on a material or turnkey contract owns the cost, so the client sees progress and their own bills — not vendor rates or margins.
