What goes into a DPR
Each project gets one report a day, created with a tap on “Create today’s DPR”. The report pulls in what the rest of the app already knows about the day and asks the site team only for what is new.
- Work done today, recorded against the project’s tasks, so progress is tied to the plan.
- Labour from that day’s attendance: workers present and total wages.
- Materials from the stock entries: material issued to work, and material received at the gate (shown, but not counted in the day’s cost).
- Machinery from the machinery log: machines used and the rental amount.
- Weather, safety notes and a visitor log, for the record you will want in a dispute.
- Site photos from the camera or the gallery.
A day cost summary for every report
The report adds up the day: workers present, total wages, machines used and rental. The project manager sees what the day cost before approving it, instead of finding out at month end.
Submitted, reviewed, approved
The site engineer submits the report for approval, or saves it to finish later. The reviewer approves it or sends it back with “Request changes” and a reason. The project list shows which days are pending, so a missing report is visible the same day.
Curing that follows the concrete
When a task in the report needs curing, Sampraxis asks for a curing plan: which portions were cast and need water. The curing tracker then records each curing day with photos until the required days are complete and approved.
What an approved report updates
Approval is the point at which the day becomes part of the project record: task progress moves, and the material and labour cost of the day reach the task and the S-curve and earned value.
Camera-only verified site photos, which record how and when each photo was taken, are in development.
